- Contribution & Service – find something that gives you purpose: volunteer, join an organization & give of yourself – you will be rewarded beyond your wildest dreams.
- Relationships – keep the people in your life that mean the most to you close. Make plans and spend your time together making memories that last a lifetime!
- Recreation – have FUN! Do something that you have always dreamed you would do when you had the time, make the time!
- Relaxation & Stress – relaxing and unwinding to reduce stress is easier said than done for most, but if there is one single thing that effects our health & happiness STRESS is it! Learning to mediate and doing it 2 times a day for 20 minutes should be a goal for each and everyday! You will be amazed at the long short and long term benefits!
