I shared below with you a few of my absolute favorite snacks, some are make with dōTERRA essential oils! Try making something new and healthy this year to feed your hungry crowd! You don’t have to eat unhealthy on Superbowl Sunday just because its another get-together with junky snacks etc. Feel good about yourself and make healthy snacks!
Goat Cheese Stuffed Peppadew’s
This is a Taylor ‘go-to’ party appetizer! So simple to make!
–1 jar of Peppadew’s I buy mine at Wegman’s you can get mild or hot
–6 oz. of soft goat cheese
Stuff the peppers with goat cheese, chill and arrange on a platter! Garnish with chives or kale!
Its a healthy snack, and a healthy step towards a healthier you!
Chicken Teriyaki Slow Cooker Recipe
Throw it in and forget out it until the game comes on! Serve over rice or on a bun! Recipe HERE!
Rosemary Lemon Hummus
1 can organic garbanzo beans (liquid drained- beans rinsed)
2 garlic cloves, peeled
2 tablespoons cold pressed olive oil
2 tablespoons Tahini
1/2 lemon juiced
2 drops Lemon Essential Oil
1 drop Rosemary Essential Oil
1 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
Directions: Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth! Chill and serve with fresh cut veggies, corn chips or your favorite dipper! Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving! Store leftovers in an air tight glass container in the refrigerator. 🙂 ENJOY!
